Missions has always been one of our top priorities, and over the years we have supported many different international missionaries. Most of them were homegrown—they were already members of Blue Ridge when they felt God's call to go into missionary work in various countries around the world.

However, more recently God has been leading us toward a philosophy of supporting indigenous workers who are almost always more accepted and respected in their own culture than Americans would be. That led to our association with Gospel for Asia (GFA), and the Tibetan Trust Home (TTH) in Pokhara, Nepal.
